This PTFE film tape is unique in that it is manufactured much thicker than standard products. This material is available in thicknesses from 0.020″ to 0.125″. In rolls, sheets or die-cut parts.

This PTFE Thick Film Tape is designed for applications with insufficient thin PTFE tape. The weight, density, and quality of thickened PTFE membrane tape make it ideal for applications requiring thicker materials.

Thickened PTFE film tapes have all the other excellent properties associated with standard PTFE tapes: excellent dielectric strength, smooth non-stick surface, high temperature and chemical resistance, and excellent release properties.
