LinkCoo stocks Skived PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) film in a variety of thicknesses from 0.5 mils (.0005″) to 12500 mils (0.125″).
LinkCoo sells this high-performance PTFE film by sheet, linear foot, continuous footage, slit width (roll), die cut (custom and standard shapes), and laminated with various adhesive options.
PTFE is inherently super slippery and extremely temperature/chemical resistant, making it a very suitable material to use as a release sheet.
Examples of electrical applications: are capacitor films, wire harnesses in automotive and aerospace applications, transformer spacers, and other electrical insulation applications requiring high dielectric strength and high-temperature resistance.
