LinkCoo PTFE coated fiberglass Mesh range from semi-porous breathable vents to meshes with openings of 1/8″, 3/16″, and 1/4″, 0.313″.
This Teflon vent cloth has a lightweight PTFE coating for release. The surface texture is visible and can be used as a relief plate. LinkCoo offers a UV-resistant version of this mesh fabric to choose from.
The continuous working temperature of PTFE-coated glass fiber cloth can reach -70-260℃, and it can be reinforced with stainless steel to improve temperature resistance and durability further.
PTFE fiberglass mesh has been developed for high-temperature resistant, anti-stick, dry, high-strength applications such as food-grade conveyor belts, dryers, household barbecue nets, etc. PTFE mesh can also be manufactured into UV light curing machine perforated mesh belts, microwave drying conveyor belts, silk screen conveyor belts, photovoltaic industry stringer conveyor belts, and other applications.
LinkCoo PTFE Open Cell Mesh passed the FDA regulation (food and drug safety) certification in 2018 and obtained the ISO 15025 (prevention of flame spread) A1-A2 certification.
