Order Processing Process for B2B Customers
The LinkCoo order process includes fabric product solution inquiry, formal quotation, fabric specification arrangement and delivery time, ensuring color matching and quality approval, discussing product quality with customers, finalizing, and regular product inspection.
Step 1. Inquiry
After receiving your inquiry, our business team will contact you to find out which fabric is suitable for your product and provide you with the best solution according to your requested purpose. At the same time, we will also advise customers on suitable products, finishing treatment, and provide samples for reference.
Step 2. Quotation
After talking about and confirming the suitable fabric for your development, we will provide the customer with a formal quotation with a product description, including MOQ, minimum color quantity, and finishing. Lead time and trade terms will also be provided in the quotation.
Step 3. Approval
We offer fabric according to the customer’s request, to ensure the final product matches our customers’ color expectations, we use a lab-dip process to check the quality and color approval of the order.
Step 4. Detail Check
To check fabric quality, at this stage, we will discuss with the customer regarding hand feel, finishing, textile’s physical properties, and packaging to ensure a consensus on product quality.
Step 5. Order Placed
After confirming all details with the customer, we will provide a quotation that includes the lead time. To finalize the order, we require the customer to sign the quotation. Once we receive the purchase order (PO) and proforma invoice (PI), we will begin procuring the necessary materials and commence production.
Step 6. Quality Control
Our quality control team inspects products periodically during production to ensure their quality in functionality, and stability. We record product details and test results in the report. Raw materials are also inspected upon arrival at the production line.
Step 7. Shipping
The average lead time for an order is between 45 and 70 days, depending on the quantity of the order. For international orders, we offer both sea and airfreight options for dispatching orders, with the choice between LCL or FCL shipping.
