6.3 No Reliance on Unstated Terms
You acknowledge that you have not relied on any representations, warranties, or guarantees not explicitly stated in these Terms or any documents referenced herein.

6.4 Limitation of Claims
Neither party shall have any claim against the other for accidental or negligent misrepresentations not expressly covered in these Terms.

7. Order Process
7.1 Order Review
Our ordering process allows you to review and correct any errors before submitting your order. Please ensure all details are accurate during each step of the ordering process.

7.2 Order Notification
After placing an order, you will receive a notification confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute order acceptance.

7.3 Order Acceptance
We will confirm order acceptance by sending a Delivery Confirmation once the item has been shipped. The contract between you and LinkCoo becomes effective upon sending this confirmation. For consumer purchases, the contract is established upon successful payment.

7.4 Order Cancellation
If we are unable to supply an item (e.g., out of stock, production discontinuation, or pricing error), we will notify you promptly and will not process your order. If you have already paid, a full refund will be issued.

8. Return and Refund Policy for Consumers
8.1 Right to Withdraw
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within:

Seven days from the date of receipt of goods if the goods have been delivered.
Thirty days if the goods are unopened.
8.2 Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item is unused and in pristine condition.
The original packaging and all contents are intact.
Clearance items (marked as remaining) and special order items are not eligible for returns.
All returns must be approved by LinkCoo.
8.3 Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

A restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Alternatively, a credit note may be issued for future purchases.
8.4 Reporting Damages or Shortages
Report any issues regarding damaged goods or shortages within 30 days of the shipping date to receive prompt replacement.

9. Shipping Information
9.1 Estimated Delivery
Check the estimated delivery date of your order through the logistics information provided in the Delivery Confirmation.

9.2 Delivery Completion
Delivery is considered complete when the item is delivered to the address provided.

9.3 Risk Transfer
The merchandise and associated risks transfer to you upon delivery.

9.4 Title Transfer
You retain ownership of the goods after delivery and full payment, including all associated delivery charges.

9.5 Shipping Exceptions

10. Pricing
10.1 Price Accuracy
Prices on our website are subject to change. We strive to ensure price accuracy, but if an error is found, refer to Clause 10.5 below.

10.2 Price Changes
Price changes do not affect orders confirmed by Delivery Confirmation.

10.3 VAT Inclusion
Prices include VAT (if applicable) based on the prevailing tax rate in China at the time of purchase. Adjustments will be made if the VAT rate changes before delivery.

10.4 Delivery Charges
Prices do not include delivery charges. Our delivery fee is quoted as Free Shipping.

10.5 Pricing Errors
If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you and offer the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order. Orders will not be processed until instructions are received. We are not obligated to honor incorrect (lower) prices if mispriced.

13. Responsibilities (Consumers Only)
13.1 Limited Liability
LinkCoo is liable for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from breach of these Terms or our negligence, but not for unforeseeable damages.

13.2 Domestic Use Only
Goods are for domestic or private use only. Commercial use or resale is prohibited. Orders may be refused or canceled if misuse is suspected.

13.3 Exclusion of Indirect Damages
LinkCoo is not liable for:

14. Events Beyond Our Control
14.1 Definition
Events beyond our control include, but are not limited to:

Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions.
Civil unrest, riots, terrorism, war, or threats thereof.
Natural disasters (fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake).
Failures of telecommunications networks or transportation systems.
14.2 Impact on Obligations
In such events, LinkCoo will:

Notify you promptly.
Suspend obligations and extend performance timelines accordingly.
Arrange new delivery dates post-event.
15. Communication Between Parties
15.1 Written Communication
“In writing” includes email communications.

15.2 Consumer Communication

15.3 Business Communication
Notices or communications must be in writing and can be sent via:

Prepaid mail or next-day delivery services

15.4 Notice Deemed Sent
Notices are deemed sent:

Upon leaving our registered office for in-person delivery.
On the second business day after prepaid mail.
One business day after sending by email.
Immediately upon publication on our website.
15.5 Exclusions
These provisions do not apply to procedural or other legal documents.

16. Other Important Terms
16.1 Assignment
LinkCoo may assign its rights and obligations under the Contract to another organization without affecting your rights or our obligations.

16.2 Customer Assignment
You may assign your rights or obligations only with our written consent.

16.3 No Third-Party Enforcement
Only you and LinkCoo have authority to enforce terms of this contract.

16.4 Severability
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16.5 Waiver
Failure to enforce any term does not waive LinkCoo’s rights to enforce it in the future.

16.6 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

16.7 Jurisdiction
The People’s Court of China in LinkCoo’s location has exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from the contract.
