1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For fabrics and tapes, the MOQ is 1,000 square meters.
For finished products, the MOQ is 1,000 pieces.

 
2. Can I get samples? How do I order them?
Free samples: LinkCoo provides free samples for all products displayed on the website.
How to order: Simply fill out the sample request form [click here], and we will arrange shipping as soon as we receive your request.
Customized products: For custom orders, sample charges may apply depending on specific requirements. Contact us for more details.

 
3. Where do you ship from?
All products are shipped from Shanghai Port.

 
4. How do I track the status of my order?
Our business team will keep you updated on the logistics progress in real time using the contact information you provide.

 
5. What should I do if my tracking information says the package was delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
If the tracking information indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package:

Check all possible delivery locations, such as the front porch, side doors, back porches, or garages.
Look for any notifications regarding delivery attempts.
If the package is still missing, contact LinkCoo customer service within five days of the delivery date. We will initiate a tracking process and arrange a replacement shipment using UPS, if necessary.

 

6. What is your return policy?

You can return any unused item within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and in pristine condition.
The original packaging and all contents are intact.
Clearance or special-order items are not eligible for returns.
All returns require prior approval from LinkCoo.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

A restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Alternatively, a credit note may be issued for future purchases.


For damaged goods or shortages, please report the issue within 30 days of the shipping date, and we will replace any damaged products promptly.

7. Which countries cannot be served by LinkCoo?
LinkCoo delivers globally, except for extremely remote areas where door-to-door delivery is unavailable. In such cases, goods can be picked up at the nearest logistics station.

8. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept the following mainstream payment methods:

9. How does LinkCoo handle backorders?
Backorders are rare. If a product is out of stock:

We will notify you via email as soon as possible.
While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, we will provide an accurate estimated arrival date.
For orders with multiple items, in-stock items will be shipped immediately, and backordered items will be forwarded to you upon arrival.

10. Who is responsible for taxes and duties?
Unless otherwise specified in the quotation or invoice, purchase prices exclude taxes, duties, and import/export fees. Customers are responsible for handling these costs.

11. What is your after-sales policy?
Warranty: All LinkCoo products come with a one-year warranty for the specified temperature range or operating environment.
Replacements: If any issue occurs within the warranty period (extremely rare), we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Limitations: LinkCoo is not responsible for damage caused by exceeding the product’s performance limits. However, we can recommend alternative products better suited for your production environment.
Guidance: Our technical team is always available to provide support and advice on product usage.


12. When will my order be shipped?
In-stock products: Dispatched within three business days.
Customized products: Shipped within 7–15 days, depending on production requirements and order quantity.
